Dr. Sarah Whitfield
Executive Director
Former wildlife biologist with the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service. 20+ years in conservation. PhD in Ecology from the University of Utah.
Marcus Chen
Director of Conservation
Leads all habitat restoration and wildlife monitoring programs. Previously managed conservation projects in Montana and Idaho.
Elena Vasquez
Education & Outreach Manager
Created the Jr. Ranger program. Former science teacher with a passion for connecting kids with nature.
James Redfoot
Volunteer Coordinator
Manages our 1,200+ volunteer corps. Organizes all field events and community engagement programs.
Dr. Amy Tanaka
Wildlife Biologist
Leads species monitoring and population surveys. Specializes in raptor ecology and native fish conservation.
David Morales
Development Director
Oversees fundraising, grants, and donor relations. 15 years of nonprofit development experience.
